Terms and condtions
All tariffs are inclusive of any applicable government taxes or charges. Tariffs are subject to change with out notice.
Room Allocation
All effort will be made by Managment to place guests in a requested unit. Where circumstances beyond our control prevents this, an alternative room will be allocated.
Payment
All internet bookings will be charged 100% upon confirmation of the guests booking.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled 7 days or prior to occupancy will be fully refunded.
For bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to occupancy and where the room can not be let for the same period there will be no refund.
Peak periods including all event weekends and Queensland school holidays need to be cancelled 30 days prior to occupancy or there will be no refund.
We accept cash eftpos, visa, mastercard and amex.
Sorry pets are not allowed.
